The Small Slate Vent is a low profile solution, which easily blends in with the roof line, while the cap is designed to avoid any build up of debris inside the vent. The vent helps to reduce the build up of mold growth and structural damage in the roof space, caused by damp, poorly ventilated roofs. Additionally this vent comes with a downpipe so that it can also be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems too.
