A flashing is essential for proper roof window installation. It ensures that the quality of the connection between the roof and the window is correct and that the roof window will not leak. An important part of the flashing is its lower part, called the apron. In RoofLITE+ installation flashings the apron is tight-fitting to roofing material, ensuring full water tightness.

Designed for flat roofing materials

The SFX model is suitable for installing roof windows in conjunction with flat roofing materials, such as bitumen shingle, slate with a profile height of between 0 and 16 mm (2 x 8 mm). The product is distinguished by its single-piece side element, which ensures significantly faster installation.

Durable and resistant to all weather conditions

The RoofLITE+ SFX flashing is manufactured from aluminium that is resistant to all weather conditions, in a colour that matches the RAL7043 external finish of RoofLITE+ windows (grey). The package includes protective components for the RoofLITE+ window frame. It is also important to note that use of the original flashing is essential in order to take advantage of our ten-year roof window guarantee.

Our courier fees start from €20 - €195 ex VAT. We use a national courier network to ensure an efficient service.

If you are returning a faulty item within warranty with a receipt, then you may be entitled to a repair. If it can’t be repaired you may be offered a replacement and if it can’t be replaced you may be offered a refund. With the nature of any faults, each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.
