RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please note: If you are returning a faulty item within warranty with a receipt, then you may be entitled to a repair. If it can’t be repaired you may be offered a replacement and if it can’t be replaced you may be offered a refund. With the nature of any faults, each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.

At Buildstore, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in order to maintain the quality and integrity of our customised products, we have established the following return policy:
General Return Guidelines
- Standard Products: Items that are unused and in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure that all components are included and in resalable condition.
- Custom Orders: Items that have been customized, painted, or powder-coated are non-refundable. This includes any alterations made to standard products based on your specific requirements.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@buildstore.ie. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorisation: We will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number that must be included with your return shipment.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
